4-week On Ramp $199
Our month-long, progressive On Ramp course is a prerequisite to join our CrossFit group classes. The On Ramp begins the first Tuesday of each month and meets every Tuesday and Thursday at either 7AM or 6:30PM - your choice on the time. If these times do not fit your schedule, we offer personal session On Ramps to be scheduled at your leisure. This program gets you started on your fitness journey with CrossFit Ktown!

CFKT CORE
CORE is a wellness program offered by CrossFit Ktown. It is a holistic approach to nutrition and health. We will challenge you in many ways: physically with purposeful workouts designed for weight loss, mentally by challenging the status quo of diet, and emotionally by changing the relationships we have with food and eating. It is our hope to help you figure out YOUR best way of eating and to expand this into a healthy relationship with food!
